General Notes
- Rates are per week (Saturday 2:00pm to Saturday 10:00am)
- Payment by cheque (GBP)
- 25% deposit is payable on booking. The balance, together with £40 damage deposit is due 8 weeks before arrival
- Rates include end of stay cleaning. Rates do not include any type of linen
- Little Lonnie cottage is non-smoking. Animals are not permitted, unless a sight or hearing dog (please enquire)
- Electricity is charged at normal household rates
